1. The service and its users
Eduvia provides institution workspaces for courses, classes, materials, assessments, and learning participation. Available features and capacity depend on the institution’s plan, user permissions, and service status.
The person creating a workspace must have the legal capacity to enter an agreement and authority to represent the institution. Instructors and learners use the service through invitations, memberships, and class assignments or enrollments granted by the institution.
2. Accounts and access security
Provide accurate account and institution information, keep credentials confidential, and grant access only to authorized users. Institutions manage invitations, assignments, and member permissions.
If you learn of account or access misuse, promptly contact the operator and your institution administrator. Access may be restricted to address substantiated security risks or violations.
3. Content and institution responsibilities
Content rights remain with their owners. By adding content, you grant Eduvia limited permission to store, process, and deliver it to operate the service under the applicable access permissions.
Institutions and users are responsible for permission to upload materials, the accuracy of learning information, and a lawful basis for adding learner data. Processing children’s data requires special handling and parent or guardian consent under applicable law.
4. Prohibited use
Do not use Eduvia for unlawful content or activities, infringement of others’ rights, malware, harassment, unauthorized collection of data, or disruption of the service.
Do not attempt to access institutions, accounts, classes, or files beyond your authority, bypass usage limits, or misuse upload and payment processes.
5. Plans, trials, prices, and payment
Plan names, features, quotas, prices, billing periods, and trial details follow the information shown when choosing a plan. Prices are shown in IDR before tax; review tax and the invoice total before paying.
Choosing a plan or preparing an invoice does not charge you. Payment takes place through Midtrans, and paid periods follow verified payment. Renewals are manual, with no automatic charges.
Subscription cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. The current plan policy does not provide prorated refunds except where mandatory user rights require otherwise. Contact the operator about service deficiencies, cancellation, or legally required remedies so the request can be reviewed.
6. Availability and service changes
Service access may be affected by maintenance, user connectivity, supporting providers, plan status, or security handling. Where available, maintenance and restriction information is communicated through product notices.
Changes affecting user rights or obligations must be communicated with a clear version and effective date. Changes do not remove mandatory legal rights or retroactively alter previous acceptance.
7. Ending service, export, and deletion
Institutions may request service termination or data through the operator or workflows available to authorized administrators. Ending access and deleting data are separate processes.
Export, retention, and deletion require verification of authority, review of related records, and fulfillment of legal obligations. Plan expiry or removal of one membership does not immediately delete all institution data.
8. Complaints and responsibility
Send complaints to eduvialms@gmail.com with enough information to identify the issue. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, or unnecessary learner data. The operator may request verification and coordinate with the institution to resolve the issue.
Each party’s responsibility is determined by the agreement and applicable law. These terms do not limit mandatory user rights or exempt any party from responsibilities that cannot legally be waived.
9. Governing law and language
These terms are governed by Indonesian law. Parties may first seek resolution through communication with the operator; further resolution follows the rights and legal mechanisms available.
The Indonesian text is the primary text. This English translation helps readers and corresponds to the same clauses. Mandatory legal provisions continue to apply.
